That's right! Six years of sobriety. Another butterfly marking the new life I am living since that day I checked into Betty Ford Hazelden Treatment Center six years ago on April 24th, 2017. For the most part, I haven't struggled too much, but I occasionaly seem to replace one addiction for another. So, one day at a time, I make the effort to live the Christian steps of AA and assume that it is these practices that lead me to living a life that is whole and a life as I've been called to live.
